Documents Required for Submission:
Candidates failing to rectify their deficient documents by the previous deadline (January 1, 2024) have a last chance to submit the following documents:
- Primary Medical Qualification: Degree certificate or provisional pass certificate, duly apostilled or attested by the Indian Embassy in the country where the primary medical qualification was obtained.
- Eligibility Certificate: Issued by the NMC or MCI (if applicable), or proof of qualifying NEET UG exam.
- Proof of Citizenship
- Name or Date of Birth Mismatch Documents
- Transfer from One Medical Institution to Another: Supportive documents
- Class 12 Marksheet
- Caste Certificate
Important Notes:
- Only eligible candidates possessing both the Eligibility Certificate (if applicable) and the Provisional Pass Certificate/Degree Certificate of Primary Medical Qualification will be allowed to appear for FMGE.
- Candidates failing to submit the required documents by the stipulated date will be declared ineligible, and their Admit Cards will not be issued.
- No further opportunities will be given for document submission after this final window.
