CBSE Class 12 Marking Scheme 2021 – Finalized Evaluation Criteria

CBSE Class 12 Marking Scheme 2021 – Finalized Evaluation Criteria is published. Check How CBSE class 12 marks will be calculated. Finally, CBSE has finalized the evaluation criteria for 12th class students who are to be passed without the examinations. On 17th June 2021, Attorney General (AG) submitted the marking schemes as evaluation criteria in the Supreme Court. It is said that the evaluation will be done on the basis of 10th, 11th and 12th class pre-board exam.

A high-powered committee was formed on June 4 to handle the decision regarding the CBSE class 12 evaluation scheme. A team of 12 members was working on it and finally, they have come to a conclusion.

On June 1, all the CBSE class 12 exams were cancelled by PM Modi in a public announcement. Before that, Supreme Court was to deliver a verdict on the same on June 3.

CBSE Class 12 Marking Scheme 2021

According to the new CBSE class 12 evaluation schemes, Class 10, 11 and 12 will be considered to provide the class 12 result. A certain percentage from 10th , 11th and 12th class will be counted and this is explained as:CBSE Class 12 marking scheme

10th class (30%): Total 30% marks will be carried out from the 3 top-performing subjects of the students.

11th class (30%): 30% marks will be taken from the 11th class final exam score of the student.

12th class (40%): 40% marks will be taken from the class 12 unit tests, pre-board exams.

What if Students are not satisfied with CBSE 12th new marking scheme

Attorney General Shri. K K Venugopal told the bench of Justice AM Khanwilkar and Dinesh Maheshwari that the students who are not satisfied with the marking scheme will get another chance after the pandemic is over.

He also added that such exams will be conducted only when Covid-19 is totally over and it is safe to gather students for the examination.
