This groundbreaking achievement aims to facilitate the National Credit Framework, offering increased academic choices to students across India's higher educational landscape.

According to a senior UGC official, the ongoing registration process is pivotal for the seamless execution of the National Credit Framework. The system ensures that credits earned by students from various courses are stored within the ABC, providing them with a repository of their academic achievements.

As of now, 1693 academic institutions, comprising universities and INIs, have enrolled on the ABC platform. These institutions are distributed as follows:

Steps to Register on ABC Portal:

  3. Login/Register: You’ll be directed to a new window where you can log in or register using your username, mobile number, or government-issued identification cards.
  4. Provide Information: Fill in the required details and upload necessary documents if prompted.
