The candidate should be of the prescribed age limit of18 to 30 yearsand the upper age limit is relaxable as per the government norms.
Age Relaxation:
- The upper age limit is relaxed by 10 years for PWD applicants, 5 years for SC/ST candidates, and 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy layer) candidates.
- Age relaxation is applicable to ex-servicemen as prescribed by Government of India orders issued from time to time.
- The upper age limit is relaxed by ten years for candidates in regular AAI service.
- Only the date of birth on the Matriculation/Secondary Examination certificates will be acceptable. No future requests for date of birth changes will be considered.
